Import Regulations & List of Documents Required for Indian Nationals:

Please note an Indian national (including OCI Card holders) PERMANENTLY returning back to India after 2 years of continuous stay abroad on Employment / Study Visa (total short trips to India should not exceed 180 days in last 2 years) can bring 2 pets (Dogs/Cats) as Manifested Cargo within 30 days of their arrival into India.

  1. Passport Copy of the Owner of the Pet (all pages including blank pages)
  2. Philippines Employment Visa copy (Min. 2 years)
  3. OCI Card Copy (If applicable)
  4. Short Trips to India in last 2 years in an Excel Sheet (we will provide the format)
  5. Air ticket copy of the Owner of the Pet (Philippines to India)
  6. Experience Letter from the Employer in Philippines with joining and relieving dates (Min. 2 years)
  7. Govt. Health Certificate from the Department of Agriculture in Philippines (issued within 10 days of arrival)
  8. Vet Certificate of Import of Pets into India endorsed by the Department of Agriculture Philippines (issued within 10 days of arrival, we will provide the format)
  9. Vaccination book of the Pet (Last Rabies & DHPPIL vaccinations should be min. 30 days old from the date of travel)
  10. Microchip Number on Vaccination Book or Microchip Certificate
  11. One photo of the Pet (Full View)
